Maybe it happened last week. Maybe it happened thirty years ago. Maybe you were alone, or maybe someone else saw it too.

Chasing Cryptids collects firsthand accounts of unusual encounters, unexplained animals, strange lights, unusual sounds, and experiences that don't fit neatly into an explanation.

We approach every submission with curiosity and respect. You can choose to share your name, use a pseudonym, or remain anonymous if your story is published.

Some submitted encounters may be considered for future Chasing Cryptids articles, Encounter Files, narrated stories, or videos. We will only use your story according to the permissions you select when submitting it.
