Even Cryptids Have Standards

At Chasing Cryptids, we want you to love every item that arrives at your door, whether it's a Mothman mug greeting you on Monday morning or a Bigfoot tee that's become your new favorite weekend staple. Because our products are made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment, our policy is a little different from traditional retail. Read on, and we'll make it simple.


Our Products Are Made Just for You

Every item in our shop is printed on demand, meaning it's created specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • You ordered the wrong size
  • You changed your mind
  • You simply decided the Fresno Nightcrawler wasn't your vibe (we still believe in you)

We encourage you to double-check sizing charts before placing your order and reach out if you have any questions. We're happy to help.


When We Do Make It Right

We absolutely stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you. This includes:

  • Significant print quality issues (fading, misalignment, smearing)
  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Wrong item sent
  • Manufacturing defects

To submit a claim, please contact us at jwildcreations@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the item showing the issue
  3. A brief description of the problem

Once we review your request, we'll get back to you within 2 to 3 business days with next steps.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.


Exchanges

Because each product is made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies under our defective or damaged policy above, we will send a replacement at no charge.


Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet entered production. After that window, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Chasing Cryptids is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but the package is nowhere to be found, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or filing a claim directly with the carrier. We're happy to provide tracking details to assist.
