Before You Reach Out
You might find your answer faster by checking one of these first:
Order Status: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to follow your package directly through the carrier's website.
Sizing Questions: Each product page includes a sizing chart. When in doubt, size up, especially for our apparel. We'd rather you swim in a Bigfoot tee than squeeze into one.
Returns and Refunds: Our products are made to order, so our policy is a little different from traditional retail. Head over to our Refund & Return Policy page for the full details.
Wrong Item or Damaged Product: If something arrived that shouldn't have, or something that should be great isn't, please email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.

If you're reaching out about a specific order, please include the following in your message so we can help you as quickly as possible:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A description of the issue, and a photo if applicable
